When you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer the appointment time to other clients and can significantly impact our small business. Therefore, to maintain our high-quality service and honour all bookings, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointment.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may also result in a reduced treatment time. Repeated cancellations at short notice or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or the requirement of a booking deposit.
